Lulu Hainz, age 101, of Neillsville, WI died Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Neillsville Care and Rehabilitation Center.Lulu Eleanor Hainz was born on October 30, 1913 in the Town of Levis, Clark County, Wisconsin the daughter of Henry and Minnie (Utecht) Schoen. She attended Levis Grade School and graduated from Neillsville High School. She married Otto D. Hainz, they owned and operated a John Deere Implement dealership in Neillsville and also farmed in Pine Valley Township.Lulu was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville. She loved playing cards and fishing. She wintered in Florida and Texas and enjoyed playing shuffleboard, for which she many awards. Her biggest joys, though, came when she was with her grandchildren and family.She is survived by three children, Ronald H. (Gloria) Hainz of Neillsville, WI, Betty Lou (Clyde) Brown of Alamo, TX and Charles Hainz of Chili, WI, 16 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a sister, Eleanore Neville of Neillsville, WI.She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto, a son, Otto Jr., a daughter, Darlyne, a grandson, Steve Hainz and siblings, Charles, Henry, Kathryn, Betsy, John, Franklin and Edward.The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville. The Celebrant will be Rev. Varkey V. Joseph. Music will be provided by Vicente Cortez, organist and St. Mary's Choir. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
