Ralph Alvin James Hensler

Ralph Hensler, age 76, of Neillsville, WI died Monday, October 13, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.Ralph Alvin James Hensler was born on May 12, 1938, at home, on the Benninger farm, in Reeseville, WI the son of Carl and Lauretta (Peshman) Hensler. He graduated from St. John Lutheran Grade School in Waterloo, WI, and later joined the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Donna Braunschweig on January 30, 1965 and worked as a truck driver.He is survived by his wife, Donna, three sons, Kendall (Dixie) Hensler of Neillsville, WI, Clarence "Tyke" (Sandra) Hensler of Columbus, WI and Albert Hensler of Columbus, WI, three sisters, Marilyn Dempsey of Waterloo, WI, Patricia Heiman of Columbus, WI and Lorrraine (Gordon) Virchow of Waterloo, WI, three brothers, Carl Jr. (Darlene) Hensler of Avoca, WI, Dennis (Courtney) Hensler of Middleton, WI and John Hensler of Madison, WI. Ralph is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Dion.A Memorial Service for Ralph will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, WI.
