Frances C Grade

Frances C. Grade, age 74, died on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at the Neillsville Care and Rehabilitation Center in Neillsville, WI.Frances Clara Grade was born on May 30, 1936 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Robert and Vernie (Burndt) Dyer. She was united in marriage to Douglas Grade on August 9, 1949 in Beloit, WI. She worked at Headstart in Neillsville, as a secretary for Anywear in Neillsville and as a unit clerk at St. Josephs Hospital in Marshfield, WI.Frances was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to scrapbook, collect Elvis memorabilia and facebook. She often volunteered at the High Ground, at Tufts Mansion and the Community Clothing Store in Neillsville.She is survived by her husband, Douglas, five children, Cindy (John) Dammann of Greenwood, WI, Linda (Larry) Custer of Stratford, WI, Douglas Grade of Ozark, AL, Judy (George) Crothers of Neillsville, WI and Steven (Cheryl) Grade of Fond du Lac, WI, 11 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, brothers, Dale (Pam) Dyer of Teresa, WI and Fred (Phylis) Hawn of Sun City, AZ and sisters.She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Tyler and a niece Tabitha.A Memorial Service for Frances will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 6, 2011 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, WI. Pastor Armando Camacho will officiate. Interment will be in the Town of Lynn Cemetery. Visiation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Thursday at the Gesche Funeral Home.
