Lucille Foote

February 15, 1916 — June 14, 2009

Lucille Helen Foote of N3440 Fairgrounds Avenue passed way peacefully on June 14, 2009 at the Memorial Health and Rehabilitation Center in Neillsville.In her 93 years, she filled the roles of daughter, aunt, cousin, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many.Lucille was born 2/15/1916 to Clyde and Clara (Wegner) Raine.Her parents farmed at various locations around Neillsville. Lucille was a lifelong resident of the area.Lucille graduated from Neillsville High School with the Class of 1933. In her own words from a journal she kept:
