Craig Eugene McKevitt

Craig Mckevitt, age 60, of Neillsville, Wisconsin, formerly of Washington D.C., died Wednesday February 12, 2020 at his residence.

Craig Eugene Mckevitt was born in Tomah, Wisconsin to Larry and Mona Mckevitt the 5th of 5 boys on June 10, 1959. Craig moved to Neillsville with his family from Fremont, Wisconsin in 1970. He graduated from Neillsville High School in 1977, then attended UW-Eau Claire. He graduated with a degree in drama. After graduating from college Craig moved to California, to pursue acting, as well as writing, which was his first love. Craig left California in 1982 and took a job with Wells Fargo Bank in Minneapolis and lived and worked there until he moved to Washington DC. He returned to Neillsville in 2019 to retire.

Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Mona Mckevitt, his three brothers Ron, Randy and Reggie. He is survived by his brother Brian (Becky) McKevitt of Neillsville, WI, a Niece, Katie Mckevitt of Neillsville and a nephew, Jacob McKevitt of Baraboo, Wisconsin.

No Services are planned. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
