Douglas Ervin Slominski

Douglas Slominski, age 61, of Neillsville, WI, formerly of Fond du Lac and Milwaukee, WI died Monday, May 2, 2022, at his home on Oak Street in Neillsville.

Douglas Ervin Slominski was born on February 12, 1961, in Milwaukee, WI the son of Ervin and Bonnie (Treloar) Slominski. He attended Custer High School and moved to Neillsville in 2020.

He is survived by sons, Arion (Robyn) Slominski and Jerrod Slominski both of Port Washington, WI, grandchildren, Connor, Cole and Aria, a brother, Robert (Judy) Treloar of Oak Creek, WI and a sister, Lethia Slominski of Fond du Lac, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Bruce Slominski, a sister, Brenda Slominski and nieces, Danielle Slominski and Amanda Vargas.

A Celebration of Doug’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 4, 2022, at the Homestead Hollow County Park in Germantown, WI 53022.
