Earl E Pretsch

Earl E. Pretsch, 82, of Neillsville, WI, died on Monday, August 22, 2022, at the Marshfield Health Services in Marshfield, WI.

Earl Ervin Pretsch was born in Neillsville, WI on February 25, 1940, the son of Fred and Wanda (Short) Pretsch.  He attended Shortville School.  Earl started working on various farms at a young age and went on to work at Rollohome in Marshfield, the Neillsville Foundry and eventually Nelson Filter/Cummins.  He loved Elvis and collecting memorabilia.  Earl enjoyed shaking dice and drinking coffee every morning at the Cozy Kitchen.

Earl is survived by a sister, Arlene (Donald) Jelinek of Neillsville, a brother, Jerry (Caroline) Pretsch of Stratford, 2 nephews, Roger Jelinek and Jerry Pretsch Jr and a half-niece and nephew, Carmen and Marino.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and half-siblings, Walter, Richard, Marie and Esther.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
