Patria Dale

Patria Dale passed away peacefully on May 29, 2023, at the age of 85 at Rennes Health and Rehab of Weston, WI under the care of Compassus Hospice.

Patria J. Saunders was born on March 2, 1938, to James and Othelia (Scheeler) Saunders in Wasco, CA. When Patria was young, her and her family moved to Killdeer, ND. They lived there for several years before moving back to California. She graduated from Sonoma High School in Sonoma, CA. Patria married and had four children, Elaine, Nina, Shawn and Stanley. She worked as a teacher's aide in California before the family moved to Greenwood, WI in 1969 to begin farming. After her divorce, she worked as a unit clerk at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville until her retirement.

She is survived by three children, Elaine (Dale) Daly, Nina (Jim) Henchen, and Stanley Dale, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild due in September.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Shawn, a brother, sister and sister-in-law.

She will be dearly missed by her children and grandchildren.

A Memorial Service for Patria will be held at a later date.
