Sheri Lea Malloch

Sheri Malloch, age 73, of Neillsville, WI died Monday, September 2, 2019 in the Emergency Room of the Marshfield Medical Center – Neillsville.

Sheri Lea Drescher was born on August 31, 1946 in Rochester, MN the daughter of Arthur F. and Adelaide J. (Farrand) Drescher. She graduated from Neillsville High School in 1964 and then attended UW-Madison. Sheri then worked for AT&T in Madison, WI as a telephone operator for the next 28 years before they closed the Madison location. She then transferred to the AT&T office in Kansas City where she worked until retiring in 2003. She then moved back to Neillsville and enjoyed being with her family and playing the piano and organ for the United Methodist Church where she was a member.

She is survived by a daughter, Heather (Dennis) Malloch-Eisenbarth of Kansas City, MO, four siblings, Linda (Terry) Cash of Camp Douglas, WI, Margaret (Steve) Knoop of Neillsville, WI, Martha Beyer of Neillsville, WI and Marla (Joel) Raine of Neillsville, WI. Sheri is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Art and Addie Drescher and a brother, William Trent.

A private Graveside Service for Sheri will be held at the Neillsville City Cemetery.
